• The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition.
• In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
• Exchange policy is not applicable to items on promotion/sale. Please note that the Cash on Delivery charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
